Yes! For an additional fee, we can visit as often as you like..
We do not have contracts at Lawn Poolice. Everything can be started and cancelled via telephone or e-mail. We do ask for one months notice when deciding to cancel a service. Note: A contract may be required if you have a vicious or aggressive dog which may do harm to us.
Nope! If you would like to be home, we would be more than happy to introduce ourselves, meet your animals and answer any questions you may have.

Of course. We obviously love animals and as long as your pet is friendly to strangers, it will be no problem. If your dog is territorial or aggressive towards strangers, we ask you confine your dog on your service day.
Yes. Lawn Poolice scoopers are not permitted to jump or climb fences. A key can be provided to the scooper if convenient for you.
You will still be charged if the scooper has been locked out because two weeks worth of waste will need to be collected the following week.

Initial and one time clean ups are due once the job has been completed. For those with regular services, we mail an invoice at the end of the month. Payment is due by the 15th of the following month. Late fee: $10. Returned check: $25.

In most cases, we can be there within 24 hours. Same day cleanups can be set up for an additional $25. Note: Same day cleanup is not always available.
We haul the poop away for you. Out of sight, out of mind!
Although we work in almost any weather condition, we do not work in lightning or severe thunderstorms. Snow storms may delay service.
To ensure you are completely satisfied, we work on most holidays (exception: Thanksgiving Day / Christmas Day)..
Tipping is not encouraged or mandatory. It is entirely up to the customer. Our service providers are allowed to accept cash tips if the customer feels he/she did an exceptional job.
Sure do! This is a very popular option with realtors and in the spring when the snow is thawed.
You better believe it! Remember the days where companies made sure you were happy at the end of the day? We want those days back! If you are not satisfied with our service, we will come back and re-clean for free AND if you still won’t recommend us to your friends, we will credit your account so you won’t be charged.
